Back in September I commented on the state of brewing in Henley and how a new brewery in the town – called Lovibonds – had opened (read the post). Well, I have finally got around to popping in to the brewery and have a look around (they never seemed to be open when I was in town).

Henley only has one real butchers now, and that is Gabriel Machin’s, and for as long as I can remember a good ol’ Henley Christmas tradition has been the long queue of customers outside the shop waiting to pick up their Christmas orders. I was therefore shocked to pass Machin’s on Christmas Eve and see…
